The Swallows is one of famous and influential bands in the era pop yeh yeh or 60'. The Swallows popular with La Aube, Angkut-angkut Bilis etc sing. Their vocalist is Kassim Selamat. La Aube's song ever in popular in Germany. The Swallows is one of the first and most successful Kugiran Melayu Pop Yeh Yeh in the 60s. It was only after the success of this group that other Malay guitar groups followed.
